Looking to borrow Maxtrax NNJ

Hey, I'm heading down to the outer banks on a solo trip next week and I will be driving on the sand. Tires are brand new, I will be aired down but I would like the extra confidence knowing if I do get stuck I can get myself out if no one around is feeling friendly. I don't mind throwing you a few bucks, If they are not returned in the same condition I have no issue paying you for them. I would go buy them but I don't know when I will need them again in the near future.

Dude, just go buy some 2x12 3ft planks at your hardware store and screw some strips of 1x1 or 1x.5 into it every 6 inches. Should be 90% as good as maxtrax and cost about 10 bucks each.

Eh, if you don't plan on using it again, does an extra 10 lbs and a bit less room really matter, plus you can easily reuse the wood.
