Looking to buy, this look any good?

Hi, I'm brand new here, my previous car was recently totaled and in my search for a new one I haven't been able to look away from a T4R. I'm one of those people that just doesn't want to drive a car with an automatic transmission, so my search is probably going to take me a while. I came across this add on Craigslist:

... and as a sensible car buyer a few red flags went up immediately, however I'm new to the world of T4Rs and I know how they're so resilient so I was wondering what y'all thought of it.
-First thing is that supercharger, looks well done but it'll also probably decrease the life of some components on it, but at least it's lower mileage than a lot of 3rd gen examples I've seen.
-Rebuilt title never a fun thing to see but I could contact the owner about that.
Any thoughts/feedback would be appreciated, thanks!

Looks pretty rough to me. Add-ons don't add up - you never get your money out of them since they don't add much (if any) to the value of the vehicle. I'd offer $4500 for it. It'll need a timing belt in another 30K miles. It's decent mileage for a 98, but it is a 98, which would typically sell (stock) for about $4000 around here. The salvage title would probably drop it another 20%. I'm sure there are MUCH better deals out there for $6200.

It does look a little rough for the price, but you might not find another one in that combo (manual, e-locker, supercharger, lower miles) for a while. I just sold my wife's really clean 2000 with the e-locker and 160k miles on it for 6000. I know there's better out there, but you might have a long wait to find it.

I'm personally into mine under 6 grand after buying it, lifting it, putting new tires on it, and a bunch of other things. I just don't care a whole lot about miles or how it looks as long as there's no rust.
