LOUD rattle under passenger seat or from door area

I can't tell if the rattle is directly under the passenger seat or from the door area, but my oh my it is fricken' loud! Maybe it's the factory running board with ice buildup, but a quick look and it seems fairly clean. So I'm looking to see if anyone has had a similar loud rattle from the passenger floor area of their 4R.

Mine is a 2013 4R TE.

It's from running boards for sure. I had the same lound noise after I've installed my Nerf Bars. Go back to the dealer to have it check up.

I had a rattle as well, sounded like it came from the passenger door. Later it was discovered to be the seat belt. After use by a passenger, the belt did not fully retract. The result was the buckle banging against the door post. This may sound simple, but it was a real nuisance, and a quick fix. Good luck.

Wasn't loose, just not level right. The one from the driver side was fine, but the problem was with the one on the passenger side.
I've took off and putted back on and I've level it right. I have no rattle or noise since.

I figured out the problem. The rattling is the flip up arm rest on the center console. It makes an unbelievably loud rattle which just resonates through the whole front cabin of the truck which is why I wasn't sure where it was coming from. I have some weather stripping which I can apply to the edges so it closes more snug.
