Thank you guys, I appreciate the love. Just realized I never posted the back since I plastidipped the fender flares, rear bumper, trailer hitch and removed the tail light guards and mudflaps. Snapped a quick cell pic.

New parts:
URD 2.2 Pulley, TRD Dynamic Tensioner, AutoMeter Boost Gauge

The shop that did the valve adjustment prior to my supercharger install cracked my valve cover. I was smelling and seeing an oil leak on my exhaust manifold and found that it was coming from a crack in the valve cover. The shop replaced it on their dime. Apparently that is a weak spot on our covers and it has happened to them many times before.

Damn man, you've been busy. Did you buy just the tensioner or the bracket too?

I bought it with the bracket.
just getting it all ready for the summer, I'm hoping for a good amount of camping trips and trails.

Considering the URD short throw shifter kit next.

It still has the original clutch so that will need to be replaced soon. It grabs very late, almost all the way released.

Nice, I'm doing the same thing, getting all the kinks worked out now. Your truck has really grown up from that one mod day. PM incoming.

Hey everyone!

I just replaced the belt and nose cone for my supercharger. I ordered the nose cone kit from TRD using the link in the supercharger thread. The oil that came out of my used supercharger was about half of what the recommend amount is. It feels great now. I also removed the large boost gauge and added the TRD pillar gauge. Also I installed the AEM wideband so I can moniter my AFR. I'm not sure if I mentioned this on the thread yet but I also have the TRD headers now installed.
My truck showed a check engine code for my system running to lean and I found a leak in my vacuum system. The PCB hose was cracked so I replaced it along with a couple other stiff lines. That fixed that.

The most exciting part for me is that it's ready to be Dyno tuned so it's going to a shop in the next week for a tuning appointment. I did a good amount of research on shops in the Bay Area that are willing to tune a 4Runner. I can't wait to see and share the results.

Holy that's some crazy progression since that mod day at infamousRNR's place

Keep up the good work

Thanks! We should all get together again.

Glad you picked up some new tires and wheels. Looks so much better now, although those running boards are looking a bit out of place...haha

I took off the stock running boards and put on sliders. You're saying the sliders look out of place?

When getting on the gas, my air/fuel ratio was not lowering enough. They like to see numbers around 12 so my 15 was way too lean. Luckily the shop was able to get it down to 12.99 which is much healthier for my system. The tune increased my horsepower from 190 to 200 and torque went from 220 ft-lbs to 230 ft-lbs to the rear wheels. It feels a lot better driving now, I am pleased with the results.

Love the build! Quick question...Are you happy with 4.56 gears? We have a similar build (5spd, s/c, bumper/armor,285s...) and was thinking 4.88 but curious what you think. I currently have 4.10, not sure where you started. Also, did you drop a locker in the front while you were at it?

I went from 4.10 to 4.56. Yes, I am very happy with the 4.56 gears. I wouldn't want 4.88 because I do a lot of highway driving. Currently I'm at 3,000 Rpm at around 75mph. 2,700rpm around 65mph. It feels great right now. I only have the rear e-locker currently.

Got an pics on how you set up your winch for the shrockworks.

do you have the level accessed from the bottom or top?

Unfortunately I did not take pictures during the install, but the WarnM8000 bolts right in with no drilling or any modification. The level is accessed from below.

I installed URD's short throw shifter kit last night. I am very pleased with the results. The spacer dramatically decreases the throw of my shifts.

OBA Installed

I love the t4r group buys. This forum rocks.

The Ckmta12 twin compressor is so heavy, had to make a mounting plate for it.
Ran the wires to my isolated rear battery.
Very happy with the results!
