Louder Turn Signal Flasher?

Is there a flasher for turn signals for the hard of hearing? Want one that's louder believe it or not.

One complaint is these trucks don't tell me when I forget to turn off my turn signal. I can't hear the damn thing and the angle required IMO is too far for my liking.

Can I adjust the angle to engage the to trip back sooner?

not sure about trip back sooner, but wiring relay to horn with turn signal lights is possible.
