Lug nuts for 3rd gen spare steal wheels

So I'm swapping out the hubs on trailer to be 6 lug hubs. I will be running the 3rd gen 4runner steel spare wheels on the trailer. My question is, can I just go to autozone for the lugs or is this an OEM thing. Sorry if this is an ignorant question. Im learning about hubs and lugs.

OEM is always better, but you can go to auto zone and get the lugs.

The trailer is a popup tent trailer called Trailblazer, made by a company that was called Venturcraft. I believe they shut their doors in 98'. Heres a google search.
Pretty cool little lite weight trailer that folds out to have a queen size bed with a 4x5' standing area. Storage is still accessible when its folded out,
