M8000 winch mount

I just picked up a nice, but used Warn M8000 winch. I'm looking for a winch mount for it that will bolt onto the front of my '97 T4R. I'd also like it to have the ability to hold a set of Warn fog lights. I already did the bullbar thing on my previous 2000 Tacoma. But this time want to stay away from any unnecessary weight.

Do any of you have experience with such a mount? Know of anyone who makes them? Any recommendations?

unless you want to put a winch bumper on your truck its pretty much gonna have to be a custom mount... a couple of guys on here have done custom hidden winch mounts behind the bumper and it looks great, you cant really tell unless you are looking, and it looks factory. the other option(and i like it better personally), is to buy a 2" receiver mount for the front and put the winch on a mobile mount, that way you can move it to the front or the back or even take it completely off if you want. i think warn makes a kit for the tacoma(not sure how much fab work it would take to make it work on a 4runner) and i think draw-tite makes one for the tacoma as well.

Not sure who's truck this is, just did a google image search. Something like this would have to be built from scratch.

Jmildoc did one as well, and for relatively cheap too. It's pretty solid, we tried moving a fallen tree and the plate never moved...neither did the tree.

Wow! You guys are the greatest! I am going to start working on that HF winch plate concept immediately! My M8000 has different proportons than the winch shown in that buildup, but I think I can get this to work.
