Anyone else have issues with dead pixels on a retina display?
Pixel issues aren't unique to retina displays, unfortunately, and that goes for any manufacturer. But no, none here so far.
That couldn't possibly be happening, you must be mistaken. All of my friends with Macs have informed me in no incertain terms that nothing ever goes wrong with an Apple product. Ever.
Bought mine just over a year ago and have had no issues with the screen or anything else for that matter.
Under warranty then? It might be a good idea to sign up for the care plan if you haven't already.
I had a line go out in a year old 60" LED LCD tv... that sucked.
Oh yeah. I'm getting it fixed from apple for free, put it's a huge pain. I have the extended 3 year warranty and stuff, but i need to give up my computer for a week it's hugely inconvenient
How many dead pixels did you have to have to get it fixed? I've got one on mine (showed up when the comp was about 3 months old), and the guy and the apple store said that they wouldn't do anything until I had 5....
