I just ordered a set of steelies from Wheels Express. The TRD's are to rich for my wallet just to take out and abuse/break.

Here is another shot for the forged fans. Btw, minor detail, the center caps snap in before the wheels are mounted. The TRD text is supposed to be horizontal when the stem is in the 6:00 position. I could not catch the tech before he put them in. When I do my next rotate I'll have them adjusted so they're all the same.

Like these? These are really nice, would they an even swap for the 20's with-out any rubbing issues

Those TRDs really look great, best looking wheels I've seen on a 4R.
Are the FJ steelies the same as the spare on the 4R? they appear to be but are they painted differently?
Even with the heavy rim protector built into Goodyear DuraTracs, rocks managed to bugger up three of the factory alloy rims on my 2010 TE during two weeks of trail hopping across Colorado. I think I need to swap the DuraTracs onto a set of steelies before I do any more damage.

The Limited probably has a 20" steel spare, but I'm not really sure as I have not looked at mine, not sure about the TE. I received my FJ steelies last week, but they are still in the boxes and I won't have them mounted until later this fall. I have heard of some hardcore FJ guys having beadlocks installed on thier steelies, so you may want to ask on the FJ forum. With a good AT tire I would think it would be a bullet proof setup. Where in Iowa are you located?

The LE spare is the same as the factory aluminum alloy 20s, except its an awesome yellowish-green, exorcist puke color. :barf:
Guess I'll start looking for a set of steelies, where did you get yours? I'm hardly hardcore but might check out the feasability of beadlocks. I'm in Des Moines, and you?
