My center console 12V outlet is not working (2013 TE). The glove box and rear cargo outlets work. Just in case, I checked the 15A fuse and it looked fine as I assume all 12V outlets operate using the same fuse. Any other suggestions I could look at. Really need that outlet for my V1 during my upcoming road trip.

There's a switch to the left of the steering wheel that has 100W/400W on it and a light, try that.

That's the switch for the 120v outlet though i think...and the OP seems to be having issues with the 12v outlet.
[MENTION=98088]LBRTE[/MENTION], not sure how the 2013s are wired, but my 2012 has all the 12v sockets on one circuit; so if you checked the fuse and it's good, that would suggest you might have a loose connection, broken wire or a faulty socket?
Did you try peeking in the socket to see if there is anything obstructing the terminals? Before tearing into it to check the wires and connectors behind the socket, I would measure it real quick with a volt meter (just in case it's just that particular V1 charger not allowing the terminals to make full contact). From what I recall my V1 charger was a bit tight in the cigarette lighter sockets, hopefully it might be as simple as that.
BTW, why not bring it into the dealership and let them work on it since you're probably still under warranty

It wouldn't make sense for them to completely cut it, if anything they might've tapped into it? I would peek behind the console to see if it got disconnected some how since you've had work done back there, it's highly possible they just forgot to hook it back up...

Who installed the amp and gain knob?They would be the responsible party,not the dealer.
