Make power windows always work?

So I was doing a little digging and I found some cool post about adding a always hot rear window switch in the back of the car so when your sleeping back there you can adjust the window with out having to climb up to the front and turn the key on( which I always end up doing and its a pain)

So I started thinking Id really like to control the 2 back seat windows also since they are easy to access when im sleeping in the back and I often sit with my back to the drivers seat and play on the laptop before sleeping.

Has anyone found a simple way to trick the window relays to power the back windows switches all the time?

I cant really think of a negative for this. If some one had access to those switches they have already gotten into you car anyways.

I look into the wiring diagrams today and update you if I find a simple way.
