Instead of staying home and working on installing the lift I met up with a group of guys from here on T4R and went wheeling. We had been planning on going to Disney, OK but due to the dam gates being open we went to Gruber instead.

Didn't even hardly drive the 4Runner after the lift and it was onto the next project. This one a little more critical. Inner/Outer Tie Rods and LBJs! It looks like I got to the LBJs just in time.
I'm not 100% sure... but I think the Inner Tie Rods were worn out...

Got it all replaced and bolted down tight, then limped to get an alignment. She drives great now. It drives a million times better now. I've been driving it around just short of a week now and couldn't be happier.
Tonight I decided to see how it flexed.
I'm pretty happy with it. I can not wait to get out and wheel it some with the new setup. To top it all off my wonderful amazing wife got me 4xinnovations sliders for our anniversary. Guess I need to figure out welding. Especially cause I have a few more projects in the works that require welding.

Got the GoPro footage from Gruber put together. Still working on learning how and when to use this thing. Most of the video is just cruising around the trails. I need to lower the GoPro because it got hit with a lot of branches and kept getting crooked. Hopefully the next video will come out a little better.

Few of us were getting antsy to get out and have some fun so we met up by Keystone Lake at the White Water Park, a small ORV area. There was a enough to scratch that itch and get us plenty dirty.

Had a pretty productive weekend. Did some maintenance mostly and also prepped for a few upcoming projects.
Spark plugs/wires, fuel filter, wired a power outlet to stay hot constantly, painted the fuel tank skid, and ran wire for some stuff to come.
Spark plugs and wires were definitely needed!

Replaced my rear end links this evening. The drivers side had gotten loose and like bent threads or something because I couldn't get it tight enough and kept rattling like crazy. Rather than mess with stockers I ordered some serious end links from [MENTION=98153]MStudt[/MENTION]
Old, boring, broken, and pathetic.
New and awesome.

Gave the sliders some hammered black to match the back bumper this evening. I have a feeling the fenders and cladding will follow... I need a break from painting tho!
I also played with the led light I bought for an aux backup light.
Factory light with silverstar bulbs. Pitiful.

Spent some time tonight dialing in my new Staun tire deflators. They were a bit of a pain in the butt to get right where I wanted them but now airing down should be much easier.
40 psi down to 20 psi takes 2:35 for the tire I tested. I'm looking forward to testing them in a couple weeks when I have a wheeling trip planned. I'll update this after I use them again.
7/24/14 Update: Used them on my first wheeling trip. Dropped all four of my tires down to exactly 20 psi with no fuss. Used them on two of my buddies tires and dropped his to 20psi perfectly as well. So far so good!
