Doesn't sound all that bad to me, a bit more noise than mine makes but not by much, it could be that the motor brushes are dirty, which if you're mechanically inclined you could remove the motor and disassemble it and clean up the brushes, brush holders and armature contact area.
Most parts of the master cylinder assembly are not sold separately but you can but a new OEM pump motor, I have seen them on eBay for around $500 +/-.
Is the sound continuous, if so that's not normal, once it acheives the proper pressure the sound/motor should stop pumping until the pressure drops below the requirements to assist the braking process?
When I turn on the ignition mines run for about 10 seconds and then stops sometimes may start again for a few seconds before stopping completely, after that and or when driving the pump comes on about every 3 to 4 times I depress the brake pedal as pressure drops.
