I had a great time today, nice meeting everyone! I feel inadequate. But at least I had respectable tires! Not the shopping cart wheels on Antman's ride...

I also learned I'm not the only one who utilizes "semi-conscious approval" to get stuff- that's when you ask the wife if you can buy something just as she's about to fall asleep. I see some spacers and a Baja rack in my future!

It was great seeing all these personalized trucks, and how seven nearly identical vehicles can be made so different.

And thanks again Antman for the help with the light! Next time there will be more knife and flashlight show and tell.

Next time we need to do a camp outting at the top of flagpole knob at GWNF. I'm thinking the weekend of October 8....I'll start a new thread.

It was great to meet a couple new folks and see some of the other fellas again I've met before! I think I may have been shamed into scrubbing clean my engine bay thanks to you guys!

Patapsco was great! Felt really good to get back on the bike. Need to step up my technical ability and legs for next time. 4Shorerunner and I actually went riding today in Annandale and that was a good time too.

I like Wakefield park. I think I left enough parts in the back trails there for you to build yourself a new derailleur out of.

Do you have night riding gear? (okay, just a honking big light)

Unfortunately no night riding gear. Might consider it in the future.
 
dammit! SOB! Looks like an awesome time. I wish i would have made the drive. I was planning on going, except i wanted to get my z130BT install finally completed!. I'm going to Atlantic City this week with a bunch of my buddies for a "slightly gay all turning 30 party" So i wanted to get my z130 done before my trip, and i didn't want to show up to the meet and great without the install. I got to work friday, but, didn't get it done till saturday. at like 4 or 5pm. Dammit. Dammit. Dammit.

anyway, enough excuses. I'm going to the next one! thanks Antman for organizing this, and do another one! Those pics sure are awesome.

Flash in the pan? Burnout? Maybe he likes the highlander now? Or maybe just bored with 4Runners. Probably just too busy with life right now.
