Metric bolt grade and torque for ball joints

I am changing ball joints on both our son's 99 2wd and our 98 2wd 4runners.
The bolts in the lower ball joint are marked with 4 radial lines and 2 dots. I have never seen metric bolts marked this way and can not find info on this particular bolt marking. M10-1.25x32mm
Anyone know what grade these are? and what are they torqued to? Picture link ---

No idea on grade, but here's the toyota part numbers for the ball joints and bolts:
Both lower ball joints: 04006-02235 (no cotter pin/nut) (comes with left and right ball joints)
Lower ball joint bolts: 90080-10066 (4 required per side/8 per vehicle) (59 ft/lbs)

These are the correct bolts, 90080-10066. Torque them to 59 ft-lbs.
