Midwestern 4Runner passing through - Tranny help

Hey guys,

passing through to Mexico on our honeymoon next week in our 86' 5 speed.

build thread here.

We're coming down from Chicago and have started having some trans issues. Still shifting fine, but all gears but 4th (direct) are getting loud. May be able to make it, but would rather get it taken care of stateside.

Anyway, was wondering if you guys know of a good shop in San Diego area that could take a look. If anyone has a used w56 transmission, I may be in the market.
