Might be saying goodbye forever....

Camrys are great buy up here we need 4x4 . At least I need it anyway. I haven't owned a car in 10 years. My runner is my car now, except my car is lifted armored and is going trail riding all day today with the whole family in it and tons of gear. I'm keeping it forever.

The payoff on my truck is $17,340.08 and <strike>private party she's worth about 11k.</strike>
you trading it in so its worth $8k at most
How did you end up still owing $17k on a 03 truck?
Value in GA must better than here. My 04 with 4wd and v6 is only worth $9k on kbb.

Negative equity from my old 2003 Highlander.

Some never learn. Go from negative equity from one vehicle to another with negative equity.. :wow: That's like going from Crack to Meth. Owing $17K on a 2003 is a bad decision.

Maybe you should get a Camry. I'd try around a 1995 where you can get on the positive side and quit losing your hard earned money.

you are going to go from
03 highlander negative equity that was tacked on to...
03 4runner negative equity thats going to be tacked onto a...
13 camry that is going to be a $23k msrp camry to a $35k camry
rough gustimates of course.

even if you did want to buy it, would there even be a bank to give you that kind of high risk loan out there? then without the interest being double digits? now adays there are 0% - 2% financing on many new cars.

WoW, thats insane payments for the next 60-72 months.

I hope you dont get the camry for your pockets sake.

Financing a vehicle is crazy enough. Financing a vehicle and driving it off the lot with negative equity is nuts..

Trading in a higher priced vehicle to a lower priced one would help relieve the financial burden, but going from a lower to higher priced one as you've stated is just plain

If I wasn't so power hungry I'd get a 4 cylinder but why when a 268HP V6 is available?

I drove an Aurion with the 3.5L, it moved that boat very well. If you want a change, better mpg and Camry like ride why don't you look at an older RAV4 like 05-06ish? You'll get what your looking for plus it'd be abit cheaper than a new Camry.
