171 miles per tank. This was taken after driving 14 miles beyond the low fuel light came on.

Is this the norm? What is everyone else getting per tank? Any mods to increase it?

17 gallons % 171 miles = 10.5 MPH?

Something isn't right.....

Thanks!

Re

When you fill up next, check to see how many gallons it takes. Im guessing it wont be 17, probably more like 10. the gas gauge in mine does the same thing. At least you dont need to worry about running out of gas. haha

You had to take that picture going 40mph? Couldn't wait for a stoplight? And I thought texting and driving were bad haha

I normally get between 16-18 miles per gal per tank. Just depends on how heavy my foot is and how much I top it off after the dispenser first stops. Normally I put an extra $7-8 on top of where the pump stopped at and can usually get me an extra 2 gallons of fuel in my tank.

I average 14.5-15.5MPG(I DON'T CALCULATE FOR EXTRA AREA DRIVEN FROM TIRES). Doesn't matter if it's all freeway or not. I get about 210 per tank and it will be 15.5 gallons after I fill up. I am lifted, check sig for details.

Checking for accurate MPG this is what you have to do. Fill up all the way, restart your trip counter, drive till however long you want to, fill up and at the gas station do however many miles on trip calculator/gallons filled up. Don't do the full tank thing.

I have a 99 limited 4X4 with brush guard and roof rack to weight it town, rugged trail tires, and 250K on the clock...When I drive all city I sometimes get about 150-200 but if I am on a roadtrip doing all highway I can get about 350 on a good day :)

I'm getting about 15.5 MPG city/hwy (adjusted for 33s) which means that after 16 gallons I've driven about 246 miles but the ODO will only say about 230 miles. This is totally normal.

Winter I've been getting 175-200 using 4wd and long warmup a. During warmer months I was getting 230ish. 02 v6 auto 285/75/16 duratracs

ive been tracking my milage intensely over the last 2 months with 90% highway driving in the extreme cold and Ive been managing about 17-20 mpg. I normally can reach about 240-270 miles on a 13-15 gallon fill up. This is using the same gas station and alternating between two pumps. This is with 33's and 4.10's Ive been able to hit the 19-20 mpg range by keeping my rpms under 2000 and trying to keep OD on as much as possible and trying to prevent shifting on hills.
I drive 240 miles every two days so filling up is so easy, fill up at the same station on my work drive every other day. Id say i get 240 miles from the Full mark to the 1/4 mark on a regular basis.

I too am around 220-250 miles per tank and usually fill about 15g. My average mpg is almost 18mpg and we usually fill every 5 days.

I have a ton of stats cause I use FuelLog app on my phone. Its great!

I usually go about 220-240 per tank or thereabouts. You can literally watch the gas gauge dropping while you drive if you're bored enough to pay attention.

Mpg

I have a 1998 T4R 4X4 limited my tank its says it holds 18,5 gal. just drove 256 and the lite is not on.

That's some good MPG, great MPG actually with 33s. But every 2 days 240 miles? Dang dude, Buy a 98 civic and drive that thing to death, will save you a good amount of money and my GF bought her civic for 2200 and put 800 into it and runs awesome, before she rear ended someone of course.
