Missing Part, Can't find a replacement anywhere, help

As soon as I bought my 4R (Used), I drove it on the highway home and this plastic part flow off to never be seen again.

I've searched high and low through toyota part catalogs and can't find a part number anywhere.

Anyone have a link or a confirmed source I may be able to pick one up?

I've been watching eBay for wrecked 4R's hoping to get lucky but no such luck yet.

Some parts cannot be replaced. I had some heat spacers on my motorcycles muffler/exhaust that sheared off and there was no way to replace it individual, as it was built INTO the exhaust and welded in.


From that photos, it kinda looks like that. Anyway, I suggest you try a pick and pull.

You CAN replace it...you just have to replace the whole step-tube....ALL manufacturers do this.

Check the classifieds on this site, i remember seeing some SE steps for free.

Okay, here is my suggestion:

Pull the other one off on that side, manufacture you a suitable substitute and make that side match. If you really like your outcome, then do the other side as well.
