Moab run ???

Anyone wanna run a couple of trails end of the month ???

I'll be in Moab on the 28th and hoping to do Hell's Revenge ( minus Hell's Gate... still gotta drive home ), Fins and things and Baby Lions Back...

Anyone one wanna come with ???

I was out in Moab last September; love it out there. I'd love to do another trip but can't make it this month or anytime soon actually. Good luck!
 
Will be there during the last weekend of May. Hells Gate looks fun but I wouldn't attempt it without a good spotter, preferably a person who spotted Hells Gaye before. I'll be doing Fins and things, top of the world for sure.

I would like to temp everyone to go to Western Colorado and do the trails between Ouray, Telluride, and Silverton. I go there every year, and they can be just as challenging as those out of Moab.

I live an hour north of Denver, but I'm new to this area. I moved from Dallas and live in Chicago prior to living here in CO.

I was getting an Uber ride to pick up my rig, and the driver had an old CJ7 at home, so we chatted about rigs, trails and all the good stuff. He's lived here all of his life. He made a comment how the number of local trails has shrunk compared to 20-30 years ago and how "there's not much wheeling here any more", but I couldn't help but laugh inside my head. There are literally orders of magnitude more trails within 20 mile radius of me in CO than there were within 4 hours of Chicago and Dallas combined.

I guess perspective is key in everything, eh. Sorry, this wasn't meant as a humble brag -- just a story.

When you get a chance, head over Monarch Pass (US 50), to Ouray and try the trails there.
 
I would also suggest stopping by sand hollow in the St. George area. They’ve grown quite a bit in the last few years there’s some seriously challenging trails out there. There’s also a lot of cool stuff in the surrounding areas of southern Utah.

Yup I'll be in St. George in 26th

I was just out at Toquerville falls a few weeks ago. There’s a couple different ways in. You can go the traditional Toquerville route or you can also go through LaVerkin and drive up Toquerville creek. We tried going out Toquerville creek but the Sequoia that was with us just couldn’t handle it so we went out a side road. Most of it wasn’t bad but a few sections were pretty rough. Damn RZR’s are tearing everything up!! Have fun out here there’s a lot to see!!
