I've read posts on another forum where someone modified a stock Ford cassette deck and spliced RCA patch cables in where the cassette mechanism connected to the pre-amp inside the deck giving them an AUX input where there wasn't one before. Have any of you heard of doing this with the OEM JBL deck in the 4th gen T4Rs?
Basically, when you hit the Tape button, that AUX input lets you run music from an external MP3 player. Soldering work and mods are obviously required.
