More lift

hey guys did a search and Google search didn't find much on if there's another way to add more lift than 3inches. Reason I'm looking for more lift is to offset my skid plates. Yes this is for off road, more so for rock crawling.

The closest thing I found was the 6 inch lift from the fj but even then it's not much of a suspension lift. My goal is to increase break over angle.

The IFS is your limiting factor. There is one member in here who is looking at doing a SAS (straight axle swap) on his front end, but that's going to be a pricy way to go.

If you have skids, break over angle is less of a worry. Long travel rear suspension will allow you to get over taller obstacles.

Interesting, is that good as far as only doing one end long travel?
So I take it either way about there's no easy way to do it. Larger tires would help but how much larger lol. I have 285/70/17 now. I guess I can't avoid the body mount chop

Works well. I plan to do the front LT soon as well but I have run more difficult trails than many people assume are ok with "only" 3" of lift. Just did the Rubicon a couple weeks ago. The LT rear helps a ton. Body armor does the rest. I'm running 305/70/17 and it's honestly about as big as I plan to go. 35s may be my next set but that is absolute largest I could sport on this rig. Rear wheel well can't be cut and rolled due to the rear passenger doors.
