More Tires...

When u go to cart contents/checkout page theres a yellow box stating free shipping if shipped to and/or installed at one of our preferred installers. Click on shipping and it gives u rates for FEDEX grnd, next day etc. At bottom it says 'ship to installer $0.00'. Then it gives a list of installers. Here in socal its Allen Tire Co. Tirecrawler is located here so maybe its only a local offer..? Still a killer price tho.
 
I'm having no issues with my Duratracs. I've got about a little over 20k on them and they are wearing evenly. I just don't believe that I'll be getting 60k out of them. I rotate them every 5k miles. They have worked well in both rain and snow. I will most definitely be getting another set when these wear out.
 
well i'm glad to hear someone likes the Duratracks.... they are ok in the rain, but when the rain is combined with un-perfect roads it's a wild ride, feels like driving and old truck with a screwed up alignment! and snow.... they are absolutely numb to the road, no sensation of traction loss until it's lost! (which is too late) I've driven in the snow/ice for many years, Idaho, Wyoming, Alaska, and then all over Oregon's hills, if your taking it super cautious and crawling along you'd prolly never be able to feel the difference.



so theirs no option (that i can see) to ship to a local dealer, so it may be that i'll ship them to my door and bring them down to Firestone or somewhere.....
 
I live in an apartment and didnt want UPS to drop off 5 tires at the front office so I called sears and they matched DTD's online price.
