***EDIT*** IGNORE MY GRIPE ABOUT THE GLARE...see subsequent posts....
just wrapped up the install. Took about 2 hrs, would've been less had i not flipped the plug on the fogs when i installed it. oh well.
First, the main lights. I like the appearance, seems to have a good cutoff for the beam, but there's a lot of diffuse light. You can see it in the upper left in the pic. almost like there's an impurity in the lens.
As for the fogs... don't...f'king....bother.... seriously. They're crap. Less illumination than what i got with my stock housings running phillips LEDs. The mounting brackets weren't made properly either, they don't fit right and you have to shave them down for them to seat properly. How that passed QC is beyond me. anyway.
I may keep the main headlights... i think. If anything for the aesthetic, but it depends on how my trip goes this weekend. I could change my mind. Anyway, here's a few pics. will post more after the weekend. cheers.
