I'm moving back to San Diego at the end of the month:whoo:. Used to live in Carlsbad but will be in Vista for a while this time. I'd like to meet some people from the site and hit some trails when I get back!

San Diegan here. Willing to meetup for some off road fun. I have never been off roading before though! Would like to cruise with somebody who knows of some trails though and give some pointers
Sounds good man, I was more into mountain biking when I lived there so I don't know many off road trails but we'll figure it out. I'm sure BrianSD knows tons of spots.

I definitely recommend living close to the city even if not DT. Me and the GF live in Mission Hills but there are so many good neighborhoods in the city limits.

I will post up details with the exact dates in a couple days. Its nothing formal. Myself and a couple friends are just going out and starting on the Nevada side, camp around half way and finish the following day. But of course, anyone is welcome to join! I will post in here or may just start a new thread. I think next weekend we may be doing the North Main Divide Trail, its off hwy 74 near Lake Elsinore. Nothing extreme but not a bad 3.5-4 hour drive.

I've been going to "The Truck Shop" in Miramar (owner is James) for over 5 years.
Here is their Yelp. Opens at 9:30am M-F and some Saturdays. They are Toyota / Lexus focused, although they can do other vehicles as well.
If you call ahead (like a day) and ask for a free loaner vehicle they should be able to arrange one. Just call ahead and ask.

I live in Oceanside and work in Vista! :wave: I’m sure there’s other 3rd gen T4R.org members in coastal north county but nobody I can think of that’s super active on here.
