I thought about getting the kraken...didn't really want to deal with water cooling

the water cooling means it simply never jams. and the head leveling is simple because the hot ends mount in a smooth bore and simply slide up and down to adjust height, with a set screw.

Hmm interesting points my v6's have never had a jam, but the head leveling sounds super nice.

I finished my FIC harness on saturday! Now begins the tuning and hopefully by the end of the week the write up on how to do it yourself. I am soooooo glad that I went with the AEM over the URD 7th the software and tuning system is so intuitive and there is a ton of support for tuning! The hurdle really is just getting the dang thing installed, but after I finish my write up this shouldn't be an issue for anyone

I'm growing to despise resistors (not really lol). I found out today after the 4runner detuned its self and that I have the old shitty narrow band leading o2 sensors. so I need to set the AEM to correct narrow band signals now. Oh well at least I found it ha-ha.

haha it's not as hard as you would think out of the 100 or so solder joints I made the only one i messed up was the A/C clutch signal. Easy fix

I honestly just don't want anyone to go through all of the pain that I had to go through to get this done and get it done right. I have probably 80+ hours stuck into this project between research and wiring. Open source documentation has helped me tons in the past and I think its time I gave back.

We went up north camping this weekend, finally got to go out and do a little wheeling too which, was fun. It was a leisurely trip so the camera stayed in it's case the whole time. I did change the o2 sensor right before we left though, and that thing was burnt. I had been seeing really weird numbers with it and I had a little bit of a shudder at idle, but the new sensor took care of that.

Got a new battery for the trailer the other day! I am thinking I my put this in the tongue box and put the 2 odysseys in the truck. We shall see what I come up with when I start to design my new cargo box.

I also replaced my CV axle with the torn boot with a New Napa axle.

I am headed up to the UP for UP Oveland 2015 today! :bigok: Also I am swapping out my OME 891's for a set of OME 861's because after loading the 4Runner for this trip she is sitting a bit low in the rear lol.
