Thanks Drew, it's really coming along, unfortunately with school coming up it will be slowing on the building, but more wheeling trips will be happening!
Here are the specs on the dual battery system:
20 Feet of 2 AWG Wire
2 - Blue Sea Systems Mega Fuse Holders (5001)
2- Blue Sea Systems 150 Amp Mega Fuses
1- Blue Sea Systems Si-Series ACR (7610)
16- 2 AWG Battery Lugs
16- 2 AWG Solder pellets
And thats it for the Dual Battery system! The auxiliary fuse block that I used for the rear is a Blue Sea Systems 5028 with a 50 amp army surplus breaker.

So Cass and I picked up a camp kitchen, a stove, pots, and lanterns for our camping trips. Its the Cabelas Deluxe model and first impressions are that the counters are kind of flimsy but the tubing is pretty stout. time will tell.
I managed to drive through some bugs I think...
Fixed my winch's problem with not staying in gear. It works alot better when the cable is wrapped correctly.. I had misread a label on the winch drum along with screwing up the wiring when I extended the leads. Between those two things I had no idea I was running it in reverse this whole time.

Finally got some hi-res pics of my coil overs. So far I would have to say these were the best investment that I have made yet. The ride is sublime.... I will probably need to rebuild them soon since I didn't have It done right when i got them, so that will set me back another $300 but it still makes it totally worth it. Does any one know how to tell when coil overs need to be rebuilt by chance?

Trucks looking great! Still waiting for the RTT fun pics if you know what I mean....haha Also the O2 sensors are stupid easy top replace on the trucks, so just pick one up from Amazon and you're good to go.
In regards to coilovers, it's kind of a feeling thing IMO. Unless they are visually leaking I don't think you can tell from the exterior. My old Donahoe's were getting a bit soft and floaty when I pulled them. That might have been due to a lack of Nitrogen and the oil I'm sure was in need of changing. I ended up selling them, but have some Icon's on the way that I'm going to rebuild, so I can let you know how that goes.

Haha thats nothing! mine is virtually rust free compared to most around here. that can be cleaned up in a couple hours... We arn't all blessed enough to live in CA, but seriously there is a ton of metal there yet most of the horror stories you see on here are from people who have blatantly neglected their trucks. My 05 Tacoma was loads rustier than the 4runner is lol.

I know, I feel for those that live in road salt states. It's just easier to take care of it now rather than waiting for it to get really bad.

Sounds good to me let me know how it goes, because I would have no problem doing It myself either. I have a place round my house that will recharge them for me for like 20 bucks. I just was having troubles locating parts for it, icon will not sell them directly to the customer...

haha thanks. and that rust is just temporary I have access to sand blaster and my girlfriend will be out in Rhode Island all summer so it is on!!!

Oh there once was a place we could share those pics, but alas it's a distant memory now.
I would go through SDHQ. They have the seal kits for $25 per side and the lower rod bearings/snap rings as well. They got me my last set and were very easy to work with. I'm going to contact them when I get mine and figure out what needs replacing.

Yesterday I added some turn buckles to hold down my Cargo box so that It wont hit the ceiling while wheeling or if it (knock on wood) roll it. I will need to get some thru bolt eylets though to put into the box because the screw in ones I used will probably rip out if I tighten the turnbuckle too much... I also took some "nice" pictures of it for the Carbo box thread so I figured I would post them here too.

I also installed my new sub (Kenwood KSC-SW11)! It's just a little guy, its outside dimensions are only 11x7.5x3 I think. It fits my application perfectly and first impressions to sound quality is that it is amazing. I will have a full review later tonight after I play with it a little more.
Test fit went well
I couldn't believe how perfectly it fit there, worst case scenario was that It would float around in the cubby, but it was able to just tuck up under there!!
I need to do wire management, but I was at my grandmothers house (on an internship and I am living with her) so I don't have my wiring kit with me so It is what it is until saturday when I get down to my shop in platteville.
The power leads, which were included, every thing for install was included actually!
The drawer maxes out just before it gets to the sub! The picture doesn't show it well but there is a very small space there!

Just one will do it for now since they are 150 a pop off ebay! there is plenty of room for a second though if I decide I need one lol, but this one is pretty impressive.

Well after a couple days with the new sub, I feel comfortable to make a review post on it.
As seen in earlier posts my first impressions were very good, and luckily my opinion on it hasn't changed much. It fits my needs in perfectly in both the sound and space department. Construction is stought with the bottom being made from billet aluminum and the top a high quality plastic, it doesn't feel cheap.
One thing that I would like to make clear though is that if you like rap music or any bassier (other than rock music bass guitar solos) music this is probably not the sub for you. My most frequented genres of music include country, rock, and the occasional classical sonatas. For these genres the KSC-SW11 keeps pace with my old 12" alpine system. Rap music though on the other hand is just not possible. The power to sustain the lows found in this genre is just not there and leaves the listener craving more.
Overall though for a compact sub-woofer that meets "my" needs I am very happy with the KSC-SW11!
