That's the million dollar question. There are a bunch of us looking for those. Plenty of passenger sides floating around, but not a single driver side. I, as well as a few other forum members have called nearly every dealership in the country. Good luck with your search.

Back in September, I was at Print 14, a huge tradeshow for the printing industry, talked to every one of the 3d companies. Right now, most of the 3d printers are limited to items just over 8 inches or less. Eventually they will be able to accommodate larger items, like the mudguards. The cost is also pretty high, I was told that most companies would charge an outrageous price. So it would only be cost effective to do a batch and sell some of them. I'm keeping an eye on it though, once they can print out larger items, I'll probably have it done.

Ive got a set sitting in my basement, I trimmed the inside of them because of tire rub but are perfect other then that. I littlerly had them on the truck for a week and realized I didn't want to have to remove them everytime I wheeled lol.

Yeah, figured if there was anyone who could do it, it would be ridiculously expensive. I just like the idea of it for some reason.

Yeah, I've been following the 3D print companies for a while, I think the technology is a real game changer. The possibilities of what they can do are mindblowing. The stuff they were printing off at the trade show was incredible. My wife almost bought me one for Christmas, but we figured that we should hold off for a while to see what the next generation of printers can do.

So I just stopped at the dealer here in Colorado Springs and they gave me this part number.

76621-39395 and 76622-39395 for the fender flares that look like the ones in the photo you shared. Im finding them about 35 - 38 bucks online but the dealer wants 45 ish. I just had them ordered in to see if the fit the flares I have(like yours) and if so, I will probably order them online to save me 15 bucks. I'll try to remember to let you know how it goes.

Maybe these flaps aren't matching your but it's worth a shot.

These are for the Skinny Chrome style flares.

Yep, you were spot on. I found the passenger side ar Jim's used Toyota parts in Denver and the Y are looking for the driver side for me. They said they will let me know.

Seems that's going to be my best luck.

Let me know if you hear anything on these guys? Especially the driver side.

Nice rig by the way.

3D printer files linked in my signature below. I printed and sold a bunch but don't feel like doing it anymore.

You can buy a FlashForge 3D printer for about $800 on Amazon. That thing should have a large enough build volume for my reduced size mudflaps.

I doubt you'll ever find a driver's side, they are rare as hens teeth. I've search every parts place new and used and even south america, middle east, russian sites. The passenger side can still be found new it's the driver side that is the problem.

I found a number for a plant in Canada where they made them for Toyota. They sold the dies to a place in California now defunct.
