I called my local Toyota dealer and the parts guy said they can order factory mud flaps for the 2010 4runners. He said they would cost me roughly $280.00 because I would have to buy each flap and all of the hardware separate. The mud flaps are not sold as a kit. Has anyone seen these? Are they effective? If I decide to break down and spend the $280.00 I don't want to receive a mud flap that is for looks only. The ProFit splash guards mentioned in this thread are second on my list.
I can not find a custom fit for mud guards for a 2010 4Runner Limited anywhere, does anybody know where to get them other than Toyota (way to expensive)?
Thanks
I would like to know more about the toyota mud guards. I haven't heard of or seen them.
I thought I saw someone on here said there were mud guards now that area custom fit but can't seem to find it. My memory is that ProFit didn't make the right size but now they do??? Other brands are ok but that is what I was thinking.
Any help is appreciated.
ProFit Splashguards with Factory Fit Appearance from RoadSport, a Manufacturer of Splash Guards for Trucks and Cars sorry all for the slow come back, I got them at O'Reilly auto parts and at Advanced auto parts the cost was $29.99 per pair, they are Roadsport profit #7, I tried the #6 and I thought they where too small, as far as installing them I did it in a heated garage and I started by heating them in my oven to 100 degrees and holding them tight to the curve of the fascia till they cooled. I used the included screws to start at the top where there was plastic and sheet metal are, holding it tight and had a friend use a level to keep then vertical, from there on all was hollow so I made a trip back to the auto parts store and they told me to use 1/4 inch fender liner push type connectors I did that and put 3 on each flap as needed, I did it with out removing the rear tired, the front was easy, just turn wheels. If more pixs needed please tell me how to post the pictures better, I think they turned out great.
Hi, does anyone know where to get mud guards for the 2010 4runner?
Thanks
Does anybody have an idea where to get a set of mud flaps for my new sr5, after driving in this winter weather there is a need for them or has someone already installed some?
