Best place :shrug: Depends on tax/shipping/discount... google the part number..
And they will fit with the US OEM running boards no matter what they try to tell you.

I think some people have said they got them from TRDparts4u. I also remember some people using this website to purchase their accessories as well..

That website is about $2 cheaper than what I found on Ebay.. I'll stick to Ebay.

Those look like the ones I've got! They should come with instructions or you can just use the ones in this thread.
Contrary to what the ebay listing says, they will work with the chrome/aluminum running boards. You just have to slide them around a little.
Also, don't misplace those screws and count to see if you've got all of them before you begin. I remember not being able to find one when I did it. I Forgot to count beforehand; it either didn't come with one or is somewhere on my driveway still.

Remember, two of the screws on the front need a tiny pilot hole drilled. Check instructions. (into plastic)

Got 'er done though. These should have been standard on the 4Runner (just like the FJ Cruiser), not an OEM aftermarket purchase , IMO.

installed on trucks w/o rocker panels
Has anybody installed the OEM or aftermarket flaps on either a LE/SR5 that has had the rocker panels removed?
It looks like there would be an awkward gap, especially on the front flaps.
I love the look without the rocker panels on my truck....but without them crap gets splashed and sprayed from the tires all over the place.

Yeah I really didn’t like the look of the panels. Unfortunately I haven't come up with anything special for the holes… I just put the plastic push tabs back in the holes to seal them up.
I have been toying with a couple of idea, of filling the holes and painting or plasti-diping the whole rocker panel area after the panels are removed. There was a thread on here where a guy painted the area and it looked pretty good. Once the area is painted black it kind of blends in with the frame and eliminates the "unfinished" look that some have complained about.
There's also a thread floating around where Shrockworks has come up with a rocker panel cover but nothing on pricing or availability as of yet....
I would like to convert to the trail rockers, but that means replacing a bunch of body panels and gets pricy pretty quickly.
My main concern with the removal of the rockers is the mud, dirt, etc. that gets thrown up on the truck. I am not some sort of neat freak and enjoy using the truck, but paint seems to be pretty thin and chips easily. Not to mention with the rockers removed, it is surprising how high mud and dirt travels under the doors….
I need to figure out a good solution.
