I still do not see how a rational person can draw the conclusions you do, but we will never agree on this. Lets just sit back and hope justice is served in either charging or exonerating this man. Coroners report would certainly give indications to busted lips, bruised ribs, etc. we also know local PD, knowing the laws of their jurisdiction much better than you or I, did not arrest the man, indicating the killing was legal rather than your hope of the other alternative.



But you guys continue to bring up racism as if it's only the white mans impairment and are so quick to discharge it like everyone else is permanently innocent from its use as an aggressor, but constantly threatened by it as a victim.

I know taxpayers don't pay for all of the cost of the vacations, but it is a substantial amount. When Michelle is ordering bottles of top shelf vodka it seems excessive and selfish.

Maybe the disconnect is age, maybe it is upbringing. Maybe it is how much you pay in taxes vs what I pay in taxes. Maybe you get a refund each year while i shell out 10's of thousands. I dont know. Either way, I dont think this is the thread for this ranting, so I will digress and let this thing get back on the tracks.

Yes that is the conservative way(Besides the "if you are poor it is your own fault" part. Some people have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from being as successful as they would like to be).

Since you made a personal attack on me I feel I should defend myself (I dont feel comfortable sharing this, but I also dont feel comfortable w/ you attacking me). I do have a good education. I earned a bachelors degree of Marketing in 3 years from a highly accredited university. I am very successfully self employeed. I am married to an equally sucessful speech pathologist at an advanced rehab and nursing facility. She improves the lives of those she treats daily. The world is a better place because of people like her. Earlier this week we booked a trip to an all inclusive resort in Jamacia for later this summer.

I was playing devils advocate. I thought it was innocent enough, but apparently I was wrong. I am not a bigot, I do not have hatred in my heart. I did not intend to give that impression.

As far as the Michelle comments go, yes it bugs me that she takes vacations like that on our dime(partially, i know i know). I cannot explain it. It is really none of my business. I poked my head in this thread yesterday to stir the pot, be a smart ass, and play devil's advocate. I can see now some people didn't get it. I apologize again to those who I upset/offended/angered/fill in the blank. I am very happy with my family, my life, and my relationship with God. I do not enjoy taking personal attacks, and do my best not to pass them along. Not saying I always do that but I try.

If you want a serious debate then take what is said that you take issue with (not what you think they said, or what you want to put in their mouths, or what you perceive to be the 'core'of what they said, bc so far you are really bad at that), and make your rebuttal using facts. Witness reports? Police report? Doesn't mean they are right but you cannot completely dismiss them just like you cannot completely dismiss the latter until the autopsy report.

Seems like a pretty important piece of the puzzle to me - wouldn't you agree? How can you claim it was an unlawful killing if you have no idea the extent of the damage to Martin's body beyond the gunshot wound? You're missing a critical piece of the puzzle at best just like you had little understanding of Florida's law structure earlier.

Take a look at the video. Does it look like Zimmerman has the trauma on his head that would be associated with a serious, life threatening beat down? Does it look like he has the broken nose that he said he did? I know its not a perfect video, but there are a couple good shots that show NO TRAUMA to his head or face.
When I broke my nose my face was swollen and I had a black eye within 30 minutes. It hurt so bad that I could barely stand it...doesn't look like Z is in too much pain.
If Z is lying about the degree of damage that Trayvon was dealing him, what else is he lying about?
