I picked it up on 12/29 after placing a deposit last February. I have been working on getting it just how I want since. I have to admit, I haven't done a very good job of photographing all of the mods but at least I can show the finished product. I need to thank multiple members on this forum for the advice and the ideas. I guess I'm not an original thinker, because most of mods are copied from others on the forum. I usually try to change it a bit, but if the original ideas had been copyright protected I would definitely need a lawyer. I still have quite a bit to do, but this should be a good starting point. Weekend 1 Mods

So for the first weekend - Wax with Klasse All In One - 2 coats, Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze - 2 coats, Meguairs Ultimate - 2 coats. It took a significant amount of time, but still had enough time to get it down to the clear auto bra shop. I had them install the Xpel Ultimate on the entire front bumper and trim, 18" up the hood, headlights, mirrors, rockers and wheel well trim. It turned out really nice. I've had the 3M product in the past which was great, but it is much thicker and therefore more noticeable. We'll see how the Xpel product holds up. Fortunately it has a 10 year written warranty, so if it doesn't work out they should fix it.

Weekend 2 Mods

Console Vault - Had to have it and love it. My previous Tundra was broken into 3 times in 2 years so the security is really nice. I would highly recommend it to everyone. Total install time was about 5 minutes with a socket wrench and 2 sockets. I did add some flat washers and locking washers that didn't come with it, so finding those took 3 of the 5 minutes.








Escort 9500ix Install - Rear view mirror mount and hardwire...I will post pics later. It took less than 30 minutes to install so I had plenty of time to get the boat out and wet a line.
