I purchased them form Burtman Indust and apparently the amber signal color is not common so they had to be made and shipped. Apparently red is common but I wanted it to my match the OEM turn signals.
The instructions where 8/10. They should give you tips how to fish the wire through. Especially through the upper mirror house to the lower base mount. If you take out one simple screw on the lower base mount when you have the mirror housing and lower base mount out it saves you the trial and error (20 mins in my case).

The instructions also tell you to ground them both, we'll since I started with the driver side I ground them both. Now I had to run the plug end of the wire through the dash, door loom and up through lower base mount and the mirror housing. I ended up cutting the wire with plenty of slack after the door loom and before the lower base mount housing. It was easier to fish the wire end through the mirror housing and lower base mount. Then made some spade connectors and connected the wires.
The thing they don't give you an clue is which path to run the wire from the driver side to the passenger side mirror. After trying to cheat my way, I ended up just removing the center dash like I was going to to install a stereo. After that it was super easy to fish the wire through to the passenger side.
