Man,what a letdown. :suspicious: j/k
Clean 4runner. Welcome to the Black 4runner Gang (I just made it up, haha)
I have a question about the fairing on your Jeeps roof rack. Did you make it? If so, what did you use for the lower "gasket"?
He sold it and downgraded to that subaru 3 posts up from yours.![]()

Sad...
Still wanna know how that fairing was made, hahaha![]()
You really like that parking lot next to I-5! Car does look nice though.
Just curious, how much were you asking for when you sold your 4Runner?
For sale again! New owner wants $10,800.
Sure was a nice rig, I actually enjoyed working on it... So clean!
Ha, that was quick. I would be surprised if he got his asking price.
2000 Toyota 4 Runner
"I have never wheeled in this vehicle!! I used it to go up to mount Ashland for snowboarding, but that is it." I'm not sure that statement holds true. I sold the vehicle to him in the beginning of June, and now he has selling it in late September. Not quite the ideal snowboarding season...
What a disappointment, man! On another note I understand your situation. I hope someone buys it that will treat it for the nice vehicle it is.
I would love to own that rig, but the asking price is kinda ridiculous.

I really enjoyd your thread and your 4Runner was awesome. This is my first posting as I just bought a white 2000 SR5, 3.4 with a 5 speed manual. One senior owner, low miles, all original, all Toyota maintenance, like new, etc. I couldn't find a sport/highlander with 5 speed that didn't have 200K miles and I had to have the 5 speed. In Denver, your 4Runner would definitely have brought the $10K+ price, even at 180K miles. They are very sought after, especially the black sports, in Denver and last maybe a day on Craigslist.
A friend that I work with bought a 99 Highlander Sport, one owner, 5 speed, all black, mint condition w/120K miles about a year ago for $8500. The owner had such an overwhelming response to her Craigslist posting and she had to shut it down in about an hour. She could have easily sold that for $11-12k.
Good luck with the Subaru and search for another 4Runner!
