Got my new SCS Stealth 6 wheels on today.
Really like the look, glad I waited for these. I was going to get some Mojave wheels, but after seeing them in person on a few Tacoma's I was not impressed so I decided to wait for the Stealth 6 weeks. Glad I did because they look sweet! Thanks Vin [MENTION=88453]SCSPerformance[/MENTION]
I also weighed both wheels on a regular bathroom scale:
2013 4runner TE rims (no center cap, and took off counter weights) = 29.0 lbs
SCS Stealth 6 (no center cap, no counter weights) = 24.8
So saving about 21lbs with these with the spare.

So I finished my ARB Deluxe Bumper install.
I installed it myself and it was not that hard to install by yourself (thanks to all my boxes of firewood). It took me 3 days to install (with a toddler running around during the install). I have to say the bumper looks sweet. At first I was little indifferent about the looks of the ARB but now I keep going into the garage to have a look at it.
After a few days I lowered the bumper to give a bigger gap from the bumper to the fender (about .6-7 inches gap). After this I drilled 4 of the locking screws so now the bumper is not going anywhere. It is a total PITA to align the bumper. Took me a few hours to do this.
What I did different from ARB's instructions"
- Bought a pair of male 9006 plug socket connectors to plug into the OEM 9006 female plug. I did not want to cut the OEM 9006 fog light socket off.
- I hardwired both running lights and turn signals into the vehicles factory harness with 3M heat shrink butt connectors with adhesive for a waterproof seal (see pic of harness).
- I bought 4 1156 amber color LED lights for the turn signals and marker lights. The outside light is the turn signal and the inner light is the marker light. LED is important in this application because if you use an incandescent bulb for the marker/running lights it will slowly melt the plastic.
- I siliconed the turnsignal/market light housing the best I could to create a watertight seal.
- I still have to buy a 3 pin waterproof connector so I can get rid of ARB's non waterproof fog light connector.
After the install ARB provides left, right, and middle plates to cover up the holes on the lower bumper. The middle fit perfectly but the left and right were bent wrong from the factory in Australia. They almost fit but the front portion of the plate was bend the opposite way (see picture). ARB is sending me a new set of left and right lower bumper cover plates.
Well here are the pictures.

I weighed the ARB bumper with a bathroom type scale. Before purchasing I could not find how much this thing weighed. I got everything from 80lbs to 180lbs on various posts on here and other forums. So I decided to weigh it myself so other people can get an idea of the how much this bumper weights.
ARB Bumper - 112 lbs
ARB cross member brace - 22.6 lbs
ARB frame brackets, middle skid plate, left/right lower side panel covers - 29 lbs
ARB supplied bolts - 2 lbs
OEM Toyota cross member brace - 18.4 lbs
OEM Toyota bumper cover, small metal bumper support pieces, etc - 4 lbs
NET ARB Bumper Weight - 143.2 lbs
ARB Bumper - 112 lbs
ARB cross member brace - 22.6 lbs

I want to get a Autohome Maggiolina in a small extra long version RTT. These things are $3500 so need to start saving.
I'm headed to Death Valley in 2 weeks on a 6 night camping trip so I will post some pics of the trip there.

NICE! I am as well although I haven't done a build thread on there yet. I have yet to put my CVT on there. And I can't wait for out trip in June for 2 weeks to Moab and Teton mountains.

Yes that's me!
You will love Moab. Make sure you visit Canyon-Lands as well and do the White Rim Trail if you have time. It is very scenic with nonstop spectacular views!
Nice to meet you too. Glad you like the ladder and it worked fine.
You definitely need to go. Next time you are welcome to come along. I go about 1-2 times a year there.

Yesterday I came back from a 4 night Death Valley trip with a friend that is visiting me from Europe.
This was a fun route basically all off road. The only pavement I was on was from when Warm Springs Road hit 190 and than I took the 190 to the turn off to Eureka Dunes. Highly recommend this route since you basically drive through 4 canyons and never driving the same road back.
In the first 3 days I only saw Jeeps out there. When I got to Briggs camp one of the Jeepers looked at my strange when I told him its just me and a buddy with 1 vehicle.
Here are some pictures.
