My Alignment Results w/o UCAs

Those numbers don't look so good.
Should be able to get better caster numbers than that with a 1.75" lift. Looks like the alignment tech either was lazy or didn't know what he was doing. It can take some juggling back and forth between the front and rear cam bolts to get the best caster and camber numbers. I have 2.5º of caster on both sides with a 2" lift and stock UCAs.
The camber is also significantly out of spec on the right side. That much positive camber can cause squirrelly handling and premature tire wear. The insufficient caster has no effect on tire wear, but can cause wandering at highway speeds.
I'd try again.

I will echo what you will see in other threads and what I learned the hard way....Find a GOOD alignment shop! I asked around locally and the same name kept getting mentioned over and over. Sure enough, I took my botched alignment job from a quick-lube type place there and bam 2.8 caster no problem with stock UCAs.

Took my truck there and when I told the tech I was looking for caster on the high end of the OEM specs he knew exactly what I was talking about and said he might be able to do a little better. Allowed me to go into the service bay to observe and even walked me through the process. They quoted me a high price, because my truck is "lifted" but in the end they only charged me the somewhat more standard $90. Probably other good shops in town, but I don't have enough experience with alignment shops to say.

Thank you all for the advice. I'll take it to the shop DesertRnr recommends. A Firestone shop did the alignment that i posted.
