My ECU is reading code 11 Does anyone know where to find the Main circuit relay?

I've been trying to find out why my truck just started running like crap. The day before yesterday I had the engine detailed and after that my truck was running like crap. I jumped the ECU harness and found out the truck is reading code 11.

Now I'm nervous. I dont know where the relay is or if my ECU went out all together.

You really need to specify what model year you have. My 1st guess would be that the MAF sensor got wet. Whatever it is just leave the hood open for hours at a time.
