Thank you! I installed 3" front spacer and 2" rear coils. I plan to do a full suspension lift once I'm out of warranty.

Did you open the KDSS valve before install? Or was it even an issue?
I am doing almost the same exact thing on friday so I want it to go as easy as possible.

We had planned to do the install ourselves, but our spring compressor wasn't up for the task. I ended up taking it into a 4x4 shop and they did the install. So I apologize but I don't have that answer for you.
Any impact on MPG and highway drivability/braking with your lift?

I haven't really noticed any differences so far. Other than I'm 5'2" and I keep forgetting and I kind of fall out of it, that will take a few more days to get used to again.

2" spacers up front. 1.5" spacers in the rear. Toytec:
3" lift / leveling kit for FJ and 03 up 4Runner - Toytec Lifts: Toyota Lift Kits: FJ Cruiser Lift Kits, Tacoma Lift Kits, Tundra Lift Kits, 4 Runner Lift Kits, Sequoia Lift Kits, Toyota Truck Lift Kits
Got to choose the front spacer option you prefer. They told me the the rear spacer (even though its not specified) is 1.5" with that kit.
Getting ready to pull the trigger on it, anyone able to come up with any reasons why this may NOT be a wise lift choice?

Nice lift! I'm going to go for the same thing once money allows...
Two questions for you:
1) Do you know what is the largest size tire you can put on NOW with the lifted truck?
2) Do you mind disclosing how much the 4x4 shop charged total for the lift? I'm not very mechanically inclined and need to have it done by a pro and was wondering what kind of hit my wallet will take with the install.

1) I'm not sure I was planning to ask that same question when I have the cash to go bigger my self.
2) I paid right around 475.00 for the install and alignment.

This kit isnt recommended for the 2010 runner. As of now you need springs in the rear.

I did read that too. I asked Doug at Toytec about it before ordering. Here is his response:
"We need to update that; It is not recommended with 3" in the front because they do not sit with the front end as low as the 4th gen did so with 3" in front and 1 1/2" lift in the rear the rear will be lower. With 2" in front and 1 1/2" lift in the rear it will sit close to where it is now, a little more level."
So this is what I'm going by. Finger crossed.
