My TRD Pro Lift

Looks great! The 285s make a big difference. I'm getting ready to put 285s on mine :D

Also needed to replace front shocks so I bit the bullet and am swapping out my CF for Kings extended travel on the 12th. :P Will post pics soon

Step into the 295 world! You'll be happy you did.

It's actually really funny you mention that. I hadn't thought about 295s at all until recently but I've been seriously looking into them. With Kings set at 3" I'll have to see how much I'd have to trim. Did you have to do much?

I'm lifted 2.5" front 2" rear Nothing but a fender line mod and bumper trim. No BMC needed, no rubbing. Wheels are 17x8 with 4.5" BS and 0 offset. That's the golden number for the best possible fit and least amount of issues with rubbing. Here's mine when it was only lifted 1.5" front and 1.5" in the back with 295s, same wheels, no rubbing. This is on road of course lol.

Great freaking pics! 2016 4Runner SR5 - are those stock TRD pro wheels?

Never had any customers do 295's that I know of yet with this kit. 285's will fit all day long, but not sure if a 295 would with a 2" front from our kit... Probably won't clear with just 2" front from what I have, but will clear a 285. So 295's should fit with a 2/1.5 if they are on stock pro wheels?

I don't exactly have your Cornfed kit. I have the 1" ToyTec lower spring seat with a 3/8" Cornfed top hat spacers up front. With the Pro suspension, that gave me 2.5" over stock SR5 suspension. In the back, I have 2" cornfed spacers with Pro 5160 shocks.

They are FX Pro wheels in gloss gunmetal. Wider, lighter, better back spacing than stock Pro wheels. All around much better fit for a larger tire, even a 285.

I did a spacer lift (Toytec) on my Pro now my suspension sounds like it’s made from pop cans [emoji30]

My research has pointed to swaybar clearance issues but I haven’t had free time to investigate.

Anyone else having these issues? Maybe it isn’t my swaybar?

If you're at 2.5" up front you need a swaybar relocation kit, non optional. Your sway bar will come in contact with the lower section of the shock / coil spring.

Hey Guys,
I just purchased a TRD Pro for my wife and she ended up wanting a lift... I didn't want to drop $4k on Kings/Icons for her to just use it as a daily. I came across this thread a few weeks back and became interested in the Burtman spacers. I got in touch with Jason and he suggested the 2/1.5 kit. So far I'm beyond impressed with the ride quality. In all honesty my wife keeps telling me its more comfortable than stock... I personally took it out on a few local trails to check for rubbing during articulation and I honestly cant believe how solid the suspension felt.

Here's a crappy cell phone photo for now, but expect some much better photos to come soon. Also, we're bumping up to a 305/70/17 from the 285's that are on it now.

Nice, glad you like it and happy to help you out! And yea, you wife isn't crazy. I've had people say this before. The front spacers are a split spacer design, not one big spacer like most do, this splits the tension and makes the ride quality awesome, some say it feels better than stock! I added my logo to the pic and hosted it:

Here's a close up of the Nitto Ridge Grappler 295s. They look very beefy I love these tires. And with spidertrax they look amazing down the side of the Pro.

Any rubbing ?

Very little only on backing up at full turn. I will probably have them take a little off the body mount since I will be taking it offroad. They are going to do a pie cut and reweld so it looks like nothing was done.
