Make sure you don't have VSC Off switch hit. If not I would bring it to a dealer. Manual states the multi terrain selector light (green light with the truck) flashing is a warning light that needs diagnosis. Been a min since i played with multi terrain but I'm pretty sure it would not flash when in operation.
Check your fuses before you go to the dealer too.

I changed the bulbs almost a year ago.She said it was off all day and put it in reverse and the lights were on.

Putting it in 4h 4l would likely not get rid of those lights. He wasn't suggesting you put it in 4wd he was saying you might have hit the multi terrain select button while in 2wd which would make those lights come on.
Try not to get frustrated. There's a lot of features on these trucks and it's a good idea to familiarize yourself with how the function before calling it a problem.

Tell you what. When I get a sec I'll try and reproduce the problem and advise.
I did, I put it in 4H 4L and N to see if it would go off. nada, It's dark out so I can't check the fuse.

I feel like perhaps you are not reading the full thread and your missing several suggestions. Try to open up the thread and read all the comments. Maybe pull up a video on the traction features and get a better understanding.
But, you need to try and turn multi terrain select off. I'm guessing that your driven with it on in 2wd enough that it confused the ECU.
You need to hit this button (Located on the headliner by the reverse mirror and map lights) and look at the dash.

Did you look at the pic he posted? It’s throwing codes. It ain’t the MTS being accidentally enabled or left on.

I did. I see no check engine light. One of the first things I said is it's likely going to require dealer diagnostic as MTS flashing is a red flag. But, **** me for trying right?
I've done weird combos before and had the dash light up. I've kicked my throttle harness connector and had similar results. God forbid we run through some options before going to a stealership.

Good place to start if you're seeing ABS light and TC lights is to check all your abs sensor plugs. Make sure they are plugged in and the harness isn't damaged and the plugs aren't dirty or corroded. Did you do any maintenance items lately? Brakes? Alignment? etc
