Mysterious Steering clunk....anybody else dealt with this

Here's the summary of what is going on with my 99 at 242k. When wheeling or driving or anything, when I hit some of the more significant bumps, it feels like the tires move slightly then the steering whee moves. It only happens through bumps. It's only a very slight movement in the tires before the wheel moves. When driving on flat smooth pavement, if you make any turns in the wheel, the truck respnds immediately. I'm really confused as to what it is, or what to do about it. I've done some searching but I can't really figure out what exactly I'm looking for.

It has new outer tie rod ends, new steering rack bushings, ucas, and lower ball joints.

Not to sound stupid, but where can I find this? I was looking for the steering rack thread yesterday. All I could find was bushing replacement stuff.

Thanks I'm going to check this out, and get my rig up on jack stands this weekend. Try to get some work done on it.
