sv customs and there is one other site that I bookmarked, other pc...that had it for 330 with free shipping

Anyone check back with Nfab on whether or not they are making ones for us with Limited/SR5 models?
I would like to avoid all the extra fabrication needed to make them fit. Also, SV customs offers them in two finishes, whats with this(textured and regular black)?

As of October, they said it would be mid-2012 before the SR5/Limited ones were in production.

shoot, figures. I just cannot find any other ones I like other than the basic black nerf style ones form Westin. Any one know how well these would hold up (rust etc) over the more common stainless ones?

I've had mine on since March. I've been out wheeling with them during spring/summer through a little bit of mud and some stream crossings, no notable rust so far. I will keep an update if rust becomes notable.

There are 3 options to make the TE N-Fab steps work on an SR5/Limited:
1. Remove the rockers (unless your truck is black, you may want to paint the exposed body hardware black to cover it up). http://www.toyota-4runner.org/5th-gen-t4rs/100356-te-n-fab-nerf-steps-installed-sr5-no-spacers.html
2. Trim the rockers to make room (which ruins them if you ever want to put the truck back to stock).

vastyle has his rockers removed with the n-fabs installed. look at lifted pics page 42 post 621.

Is everyone still happy with their NFab's? Any Rust forming? Anyone regret the purchase? Are you ok with the reduced ground clearance due to the step...any issues due to this? Anyone get an damage from them, how did they hold up? About to buy and looking for some feedback. Thanks!

Still going strong! Powdercoating still entact, no signs of rust, well worth the purchase. Easy install too!

If your planning to do some moderate offroading you should be fine. If you're gonna be doing more than moderate, get sliders. I first started out easy to moderate trails, but then wanted more challenging trails. Well on a few recent trails I ended up denting up both sides do to rocks. Passenger side is dented under the steps, driver side is dented in the middle between the steps(this one could have been prevented but it happend). I'll be removing these and installing demello kick outs in about a month or so. Hope this helps out with your decision.

As long as its on a trail, just need a socket wrench and an 11mm socket (I think). That's pretty much it. I'm putting mine on tonight, I'll let you know what I use. Also gonna coat the bolts with locktite.
