Name the Part

I have an '05 Limited and the panel below the radio and above the HVAC no longer lights up. It's not the bulbs so I'm thinking it's the circuit panel which is probably ridiculously expensive but figured I'd poke around.

Problem is I have no idea what it's called. Anyone able to name it for me?

its all one part. i would see if you could swap one with someone and see if it turns on. also i would check for power

Check the IGN fuse in the smaller fuse panel on the dash. Do your heater controls work? Mine did this due to a faulty wire in a brake controller for a trailer. I can take a picture when I get home tonight.

I'll try to find someone to swap with. Not sure how successful I'll be in finding a willing participant though. Can you tell me how to check the power? I'm not real good with this stuff

The fuse is good, just double-checked. Heater controls work fine, the lie-o-meter, temp, clock, etc work. Just no lights which I replaced hoping to find them burned out.
