Napa sucks-sucks-sucks

I know this is an OLD thread, but I have to say...now...in 2024, I'm SHOCKED that Napa doesn't track this stuff. I don't know if they are lazy, old-school, or simply do it as a method to NOT have to honor warranties, but EVERYONE else in the auto parts industry does this now! :) :) :). I have a commercial account, so all my stuff is tracked, but when I called this morning to ask them to check a part number for a purchase back in 2021, the guy gave me a super smug attitude with that exact statement (as if he was literally reading from a script)..."We don't keep records of your purchases...". Yada yada. :) I reminded him I had a commercial account. :) . Lazy Napa. :)

im not aware of this. i love Napa. and i also recently found an old picture of a receipt for a CV axle that i now filed correctly. from my understanding they wont look up historical data for a customer that provides date and time of purchase part, unless you provide them a transaction number that was on the receipt. They better honor the warranty.
