I am in the middle of replacing my control arm bushings (upper and lower) with Energy Suspension Poly units. As many people have also reported, I had to cut my lower control arms off due to seized cam bolts.
My problem is that I seem to have ruined the metal hardware that is supposed to be re-used with the new bushings. There are two large washers and a metal sleeve that I need. The sleeve goes through the front pivot of each lower control arm and then the washers go on each side of the bushing and are crimped on to the sleeve.
I need the washers and the sleeve. Those parts aren't on the Toyota diagrams per the local parts department. I called Energy Suspension hoping that they could give me some part numbers or something. No luck.
What are these called? A name would be good. Part numbers would be better.
Below are pictures. This is what's left of my front-most lower control arm bushing after I had to cut it out. There should be a washer on both sides but as you can see, I had to cut through the bushing to get the lower control arm off and ruined the sleeve that goes through the bushing.
