Need Advice on Repairing Broken Skid Plate Bolts

My 4runner is fairly rusty underneath. I have 2 skid plate bolts that are broken off in the front skid plate mount under the radiator. I only have one remaining which I do not feel very good about. I am doing some AC work and the area is wide open right now. I have 2 broken off bolts inside the nuts that are welded to the lower support beam. Any ideas as to how I should repair this easily?

Your only option really is to drill them out. Once you've done that, you need to run a tap through in order to thread new bolts in.

:iagree: Your option is to drill and tap your self or hire someone to do it for you which it will cost like $80 to $100+ to do it. At lest that is how much it cost me to remove a broken bolt on my customer's motorcycle.
