Just finished installing ODL plate bumper and also purchased the 4 inch driving lights to go in it. The lights came with their own wiring harness but would like to use the stock switch that had the hella micro fog lights to keep a clean install.
Is this possible? I know the wiring size are different gauge. Are the new driving lights too powerful to hook into the stock wiring and 15 amp fuse? The new lights have a negative a positive wire. If I can use the existing wiring is it as simple as just connecting the positive and negative from the old hella lights to the new lights wiring?
Any advice from someone would be helpful.
