Need good service in Washington, DC area

I just purchased my first Toyota--a 2004 Limited V8 4Runner! Now I need to find a dealer who has a good service department in the Washington, DC area. I was driving a Volvo, and the Volvo dealership service was great. I am hoping to find a Toyota dealership who can do as good a job? Anybody have any experiences to share--good or bad?

try Koons Tyson

I have had great service from Koons out by Tyson's Corner. They have a gigantic shop and will take you to the Orange Line in the morning and pick you up in the afternoon. Whatever you do, stay away from 355 Toyota (any of their dealerships). 355 is a bunch of crooks and losers.

I've also had great service from Koon's at Tyson's Corner. The only drawback is that it's always crowded, but you can drop off your car. They also do a excellent job detailing for a relatively cheap price.

Koons Arlington Toyota has fast, friendly service. They have a small service center though and no drop off. Great for getting your oil changed and for smaller things.

Alexandria Toyota has done me right. Fixed that sulfer TSB, and generally has put up with interested and involved owner-that's me! Armando leads the orange team of technicians and is a solid guy with a good background with Toyotas and this dealership. It's a family run place, and I have enjoyed the people I've met there.

I've taken mine through Lustine Toyota in Woodbridge. It took about 1 hour to do my 5k service. For my 10K service they also lubed up my sun roof seals because it was making a noise when opening and closing. Seemed like rubber on rubber contact. Also had them do the sulfur TSB. They ordered the wrong part at the time (V8 CAT instead of the V6), so I'm taking it again tomorrow to get it fully done.

Has anybody tried Jim Coleman's at Bethesda or Fitzerald's at Gaithersburg ?
I live in Rockville, MD and it is quite a ride to Koons Tysons where, btw, I bougth the car.
