Need help..........ASAP!!!!

Hey guy's, i got a 1991 4runner 3.0 auto trans

The starter was acting up and every once and while it gets stuck, so i would hit it with something to get it to turn (i always hit the black steel casing around it , and the first time i have some one do it for me.. even after telling them too hit the black casing they hit the cast part and put a quarter sized hole in it) this = :redbrick: So i was going to replace it before the 4th but turns out the PO broke the lower bolt off in the starter so its very well stuck. I took out the top bolt and could get a little play in it but not much....so i need some quick tips on how to get the bolt out!!!
Need answers asap

well i finally got it out after 6hrs.... what a pita!!!!
I pryed it back n forth to get those threads to turn and eventually it came off
With enough anger and energy drinks she was mine at the end of the day
