Need help identifying a part - Rear wiper base

I need help identifying a part for a 2006 Toyota 4 Runner.

On the base of the arm that connects a the rear wiper blade to the hatch, there is usually a rubber cone that covers the hole.

My rubber cone is missing since being serviced at the dealer. I have been unable to find the part number.

Any suggestions on the part number and best place to find a replacement?
